    • You will receive a confirmation call or SMS after the reservation has been made

    • Visit the Crave 241 Dining page on the website to find a restaurant
    • Call Altech Netstar GO and give the agent your full name, the restaurant name and area, and the time and date of when you would like to dine
    • You will receive an SMS with your authorisation code
    • Visit the restaurant, enjoy your meal and pay in full

    • Visit the Crave 241 Dining page on the website to find a restaurant
    • Dial *120*2582# and follow the prompts to enter your details
    • You will receive an SMS with your authorisation code

    • Take a photo of your restaurant receipt using your smartphone and submit your claim
    Your claim will be paid within 48 hours, Monday to Friday

    • Request a claim form from claims@crave.co.za
    • A claim form will be emailed to you
    • Fill in the form and return via email or fax (details provided in email)

  3. USSD

    • Dial *120*2582# and follow the prompts to request a claim form
    • You will receive an email with a claim form and the option of a link to an online claim form (as option 1 above)
